What we collect
Browsing the catalogue does not require an account and we do not set analytics cookies. The language switch and security features use technical cookies.
If you send the business contact form we store the details you enter (company, name, e-mail, phone, website, message) together with the time you agreed to this policy.
When you open a partner's or a venue's website from Catchy we count the click: which page it came from, where it led, the interface language and the time. We do not store your IP address, browser details or any identifier, so a click cannot be linked to you.
We count visits without cookies: which page was shown, the site or campaign that led to it, the interface language and whether it was a phone or a computer. To count a visitor once a day we keep a hash made with a random value that is replaced and deleted every day, so it cannot be traced back to you; your IP address is not stored.
Why and for how long
We use these details only to answer your message and to discuss cooperation. We keep them while the conversation lasts and delete them on request.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data at any time using the contact details of the site operator.
